Recruiters are hard to recruit

The latest supply and demand conundrum hitting the labor market: Job postings for recruiters have more than doubled since the start of the year, but "there aren’t enough of them to go around." Recruiting firms say they're struggling to staff up because "many aren’t aware recruiting is a viable career option," making it difficult to help clients hire new talent. As a result, a growing number of employers are building their own in-house recruiting teams, writes The Wall Street Journal.
