  • Task: Create interview training deck

  • Goal: Create confidence in hiring team & ensure they have what they need to succeed

  • Result: 40+ attendees; rated 5/5 per attendee surveys

Greenhouse Template Project

  • Goal: Update 50+ Greenhouse templates [approval routing, intake forms, applicant questions, etc] and create additional templates

  • Result: All templates updated within 3 months; created 10 new templates
